wabo22 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Player Eligibility

To register and use the wabo22 platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not located in a region or country that expressly prohibits online gambling activity.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme or betting limit programme imposed by the relevant authority.
• Register and play using personal information that is true, accurate and up to date.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the wabo22 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or IP addresses, is a breach of these terms.

• Registration information must be accurate and updated should any changes occur.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• wabo22 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.
• Players must notify us immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation via 24/7 live chat or support email.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wabo22 platform are subject to the following policies and limits. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes on the wabo22 platform and may not be transferred to other players.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same method or account used during deposit, subject to identity verification.
• wabo22 reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wabo22 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500
• Players are eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• wabo22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of the bonus system including bonus abuse or arbitrage will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the wabo22 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and esports options — have their own rules displayed within the respective game interface.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round or match has ended.
• Any technical disruption that occurs while a game is in progress will be referred to the game provider and the provider's decision is binding.
• Bets placed using funds obtained from illegal activity will not be recognised.
• wabo22 uses an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games offered.

6. Prohibited Player Conduct

Players are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the wabo22 platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Sharing an account with another player or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or other methods to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Committing identity fraud or falsifying verification documents.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

wabo22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player breaches any of the terms in this document.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected through our monitoring systems.
• The player has self-registered in a self-exclusion programme.
• wabo22 receives instructions from the relevant legitimate authority.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance (after deducting pending wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method.
